Want to Meet the U.S. President? Then Win a Championship.
The name White House Athletics, while obvious for some given that it is owner and founder Tim White’s last name, holds more meaning than that.
What happens when a team wins a championship? Yes, the inevitable “I’m doing to Disneyland” but it also includes a trip to the White House to meet the commander in chief. Just ask the latest World Series or Super Bowl Champions.
When athletes and teams combine excellence in skill, strength and a strong mental game they are likely to win a championship.
Our goal at White House Athletics is to help our athletes train in all areas of their sport to get them to a championship level (or “White House ready”) for when it matters most.
We train our athletes in the areas of sports performance psychology, strength and conditioning, injury prevention as well as provide injury treatment.
Our motto is “TRAIN THE MIND. TRAIN THE BODY. TRAIN TO WIN.” Why? Because we believe when athletes are strong in mind and body they tend to be more successful. This includes more often than not winning consistently and winning a championship or two.
When you think about championship White House level teams and athletes you think of the total package. Athletes that excel in their sport because they are strong mentally and physically.
So while yes, the name of the company works nicely because it happens to be the owner’s last name, it also means much more. The name White House Athletics stands for a level of excellence that is expected not only of ourselves but of our athletes that we work with as well.
