Earlier this week I had the privilege of being a guest on the Tackling College Sports podcast.

I had a great time speaking with Mark Franco and Chris LeGates as they interviewed me about sport psychology and athletic training.
We spent some time talking about the mental aspects of injury and recovery, as well as how a student athlete can use sport psychology skills to enhance their rehabilitation process.
Their podcast is geared toward athletes who are hoping to play college sports and are looking for some answers to the many questions that these athletes and parents have. I am glad to have shared some of my answers with the listeners.
Lastly, there is a special offer made to the listeners at the end of the show. Be sure to listen all the way to the end to hear this offer and redeem it with us at White House Athletics.
Contact us today to learn how you can use sport psychology skills to enhance your rehab, recover quicker, and get back to the sport you love faster.
